Training |

Engineers at KJWW complete a formal education program shortly after starting with the company. The training program is conducted by fellow mechanical engineers and other department personnel to provide instruction on our design methods, technical considerations, company procedures and services. A design manual is issued to use as a reference. All entry- level engineers are assigned to a more experienced engineer for on-the-job training.

Training continues throughout the engineer's career at KJWW. In-house seminars are conducted covering a wide range of topics including new products, design procedures and project management. Mechanical engineers attend professional seminars and are encouraged to be active in technical societies.
